Vertis North is a modern mix-use development in Quezon City. It balances urban and sustainable living in one vibrant location. It is consist of 29 hectares and features an eco-efficient development utilizing storm water management technology. The Vertis North Garden stands as a multi-purpose green and leisure area during the dry season and doubles as a human-made temporary storm water catchment pond during the rainy season.

Solution

MacMat R was used as revetment protection of the human-made catchment pond. Since MacMat R encourages vegetation growth, this solution is ideal for the developer since it also serves the second purpose of the area as a leisure park.
