MacMat HS
Bewehrte Geomatte zur Hangstabilisierung
MacMat HS ist die nächste Generation von Hochleistungsgeomatten, die eine dreidimensionale Matrixpolymer-Geomatte mit dem Steelgrid-System von Maccaferri kombiniert. Sie wird für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen zur Hangstabilisierung eingesetzt, die eine Kombination aus Erosionsschutz und oberflächlicher Stabilisierung erfordern.
Das verstärkte sechseckige Stahldrahtgeflecht hat mechanische Eigenschaften, die die in der EN 10223-3 empfohlenen Werte übertreffen. Der Draht ist stark verzinkt mit Zn-Al5% gemäß 10244-2, Klasse A. Der verzinkte Draht und die Verstärkungsseile sind auch mit einer zusätzlichen Polymerbeschichtung erhältlich. Die mechanischen Eigenschaften des Produkts (Zugfestigkeit, Durchstanzfestigkeit) sind gleich wie bei Maccaferri Steelgrid.

The Ash Yard of the Thermal Power Plant

Its source of generation is coal, and as a byproduct of this process, residue known as ASH is produced. This ash is destined for confined cells due to its high content of heavy metals, preventing environmental damage to both the subsoil and the dispersal of volatile ashes in the air.

The slope along the railway between km 65. 881 and km 66. 019 in Osterburken in had to be secured against landslides and erosion. The rehabilitation area is located on the right-hand side of the railway directly before the entrance to the Schefflenzer tunnel. The construction area is classified as an approx. 17m deep cut. The area to be rehabilitated had a total length of approx. 110m with a slope inclination of 30°-35°. The sloping length of the embankment was approx. 24m long in the heighest point and 14m in the shortest part. As a result of heavy rainfall in early February 2022, a superficial landslide occurred in the area around km 65. 980. The area of the landslide extended was 9. 0m (parallel to the track) to approx. 5. 0m (fall line).
