Challenge

Opus International (M) Bhd, the Consultant for PLUS Berhad approached us to come up with a design for slope rectification at KM260, South Bound of North-South Expressway.

Solution

After visited the site, the most suitable and cost effective solution for the repair work is using Maccaferri MacWeb due to the space constraint and maintaining the slope existing profile. Maccaferri (M) Sdn Bhd came up with MacWeb design which later adopted by Opus International (M) Bhd. Contractor carried out the job in September 2007 adn was completed within 3 weeks.
