Armirani geomat za stabilizaciju kosina
MacMat HS je sledeća generacija geomata visokih performansi, koji kombinuje trodimenzionalni matrični polimerni geomat ojačan Maccaferrijevim Steelgrid sistemom. Koristi se za zahtevne aplikacije stabilizacije lica nagiba koje zahtevaju kombinaciju zaštite od erozije i površne stabilizacije. Heksagonalna čelična žičana mreža za ojačanje ima mehaničke karakteristike koje prevazilaze one preporučene u EN 10223-3. Žica je jako pocinkovana sa Zn-Al5% u skladu sa 10244-2, klasa A.
Pocinkovana žica i armaturni kablovi su takođe dostupni sa dodatnim polimernim premazom. Mehaničke performanse proizvoda (zatezna čvrstoća, otpornost na probijanje) su iste kao Maccaferri Steelgrid.

SLOPE PROTECTION AT THE TBILISI, GEORGIA

In the Gldani district of Tbilisi, a steep slope adjacent to a roadway was experiencing rockfalls and surface erosion due to weathering, freeze-thaw cycles, and rainfall. These processes caused fragmented rock material to detach and accumulate on the road, posing significant risks to traffic safety and vehicle integrity. Additionally, progressive surface erosion compromised the slope’s stability, increasing the likelihood of larger-scale failures. Given the ongoing hazard and public safety concerns, an urgent and durable remedial solution was required.
