Challenge

O problema identificado na residência estava relacionado à elevação do nível do lençol freático durante períodos chuvosos, o que poderia comprometer a integridade estrutural e causar infiltrações. Esse aumento do nível de água subterrânea exerce pressão sobre as cortinas de concreto e o subsolo, criando o risco de manifestações patológicas, como trincas, umidade excessiva, mofo e danos estruturais.

Solution

A Maccaferri desenvolveu um estudo técnico que contempla um sistema de rebaixamento do lençol freático com o uso de MacDrain TD em trincheiras drenantes, preenchidas com areia para atuar como pré-filtro. Também foi projetado um colchão drenante com MacDrain FP 2L sobre o piso, visando otimizar o funcionamento do sistema, enquanto nas cortinas de concreto foi especificada a drenagem vertical com o mesmo material. Toda a água captada foi encaminhada para um poço de recalque.
