Challenge

The project for the Shengjin-Kune road was subjected to a systematization, since the old road was too worn out and greatly limited the development of the area during the tourist season.

The project for widening the road started in 2016 and ended in 2018. During this time, it became necessary to protect the road from rock masses that endangered passers-by.

Solution

Maccaferri supplied in total 1250 m2 of Rockfall Barrier 2000 KJ with the height 5m divided into 3 sections of 60 m and 1 section of 70 m.
